ADMIN
Head Office in Glasgow is the home of the Administration Department for all divisions of the Network Private Hire Group. Since all the Group invoices are generated here, this the first point of contact for our account customers should they have any billing enquiries. Experienced and helpful staff will deal with your queary quickly and efficiently and if necessary, liaise with the appropriate service division on your behalf. ACCOUNT FACILITIES
Account facilities are available to business customers only and can be opened with any division in the Network Private Hire Group. Irrispective of which division of the Group holds an account, customers have access to the complete range of transport options offered by the other divisions of the Group.
Standard facilities for account clients include fixed pricing for regular journeys, priority service and exclusive prioritiesd phone numbers to ensure minimal ring time when you want to book a car. You will also have an account manager whose job it is to ensure you are satisfied with the service and to arrange any special requests you may have.
All invoices can be mailed or emailed and are itemised and customised to suit your particular requirements and may be issued daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, whichever is the most the appropriate period. When you set up an account you can request a meeting with the account manager to discuss details and options.
After completing your application you will be issued with an account number and password (optional) which you must quote when ordering a car. The account manager will be happy to advise on ways to prevent unauthorised use of the account facility.
